Common questions
How do trials and billing work?
Plans shown on our site include a 7-day free trial. After the trial, your subscription renews at the then-current rate unless you cancel before the renewal date. Manage billing from your account or email support for help.
Where do payments go?
Card and bank payments are processed by Stripe. Connect your Stripe account in Settings to receive payouts according to Stripe's schedule and your bank.
Can I export or delete my data?
Export options depend on product features in your plan. For deletion or data requests, see our Privacy Policy — your rights or email privacy@squeakybill.com.
Who is responsible for invoice accuracy?
You are responsible for the information on invoices you send to clients. SqueakyBill provides tools only; we do not provide legal or tax advice. See our Terms — your content.
